If you were using CentOS 7, you probably know by now that Chrome is not available in the repositories. Chromium neighter. Thus, if you would like to use it, you will have to download the
rpm package from the Google Chrome official website.
This is a short how-to article that will show you how to do that.
Install Google Chrome
Run the following commands to install it. First, download the rpm package with the command:
Now, install the needed packages
sudo yum install redhat-lsb libXScrnSaver
And finally, install the rpm file you downloaded earlier:
sudo yum localinstall google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm
That is all. Now you can use Google Chrome on your CentOS 7 system.
